Platform usage
RB Horizons Travel allows you to search, compare and request travel services. Offers depend on available providers and the conditions displayed at each stage.
Use correct information and keep your access data protected. When providing information for other travelers, make sure you have authorization to use it for the booking.
Offers, prices and availability
Search results and package suggestions do not represent guaranteed availability. Fares, currency, occupancy, dates and services are checked before completion. If there is a change, review the new condition before proceeding.
Check the total, the number of travelers, the fees presented, what is included and what will be charged at the destination. Extra services are only part of your purchase when identified in the selection and summary.
Booking, payment and confirmation
Choose the services, review the rules and fill in the traveler data. The available payment methods are presented at checkout, according to the operation.
Payment approval does not replace booking confirmation or ticket issuance by the provider. Monitor the status and documents in your account. In case of failure, seek assistance before repeating the payment.
Travel documents and requirements
Check the spelling of names, document validity, entry and transit requirements, authorization for minors, and health requirements with the competent authorities. Requirements vary according to nationality, destination, and itinerary.
The traveler must respect the reporting, boarding, check-in, and check-out times informed for the contracted service.
Changes and cancellations
Rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and no-shows follow the booking conditions and applicable legislation. Provider rules do not waive legal consumer rights.
In packages, each service may have different conditions. A request must be followed up until confirmation; do not consider other services canceled just by canceling one item.
Support and responsibilities
RB Horizons acts as an intermediary for the services presented on the platform and for booking-related assistance. Airlines, hotels, and other providers perform the services according to the contracted conditions, respecting the responsibilities provided by law.
In case of a discrepancy, register the occurrence and keep the proof. The team will provide guidance on handling the request. No provision on this page excludes rights that cannot be waived by contract.
